I'm a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and CPCAB counselling tutor with experience supporting adults through therapy. My core counselling training was completed at Willows Counselling and Training in Swindon, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework. I am fully insured and hold a current DBS.

My Approach and Experience
I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to tailor sessions to your needs. My work is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, complemented by insights from Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Developmental Theory, and Attachment Theory.

I offer both short and long term 1:1 therapeutic counselling for adults, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.

Where I Work
I see clients in private practice at The Therapy Rooms, Chippenham, Wiltshire, and also offer flexible online counselling sessions for clients across the UK. Sessions are typically 50 minutes weekly, designed to provide a consistent and supportive space for personal growth.

Alongside private practice, I work as a counsellor and tutor for Willows Counselling and Training in Swindon, teaching on their Level 2 and Level 3 counselling courses. I have also previously worked at Olive Branch in Chippenham.
