I'm a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and CPCAB counselling tutor with experience supporting adults through therapy.
My core counselling training was completed at Willows Counselling and Training and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework.
I am fully insured and hold a current DBS.
My Approach and Experience
I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on a range of therapeutic models. My work is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, complemented by insights from Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Developmental Theory, and Attachment Theory.
In practice, this looks like a supportive, welcoming space where it feels ok to confront the difficult things. We can look at both the immediate concerns and deeper underlying patterns that might thread throughout your life.
Alongside private practice, I work as a counsellor and tutor for Willows Counselling and Training in Swindon, teaching on their Level 2 and Level 3 counselling courses. I have also previously worked at Olive Branch in Chippenham.

Tavisock Trauma Service: External Lecutures on Trauma Series
The Fundamentals of Psychoanalysis (Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research)
Public lectures with CJ Jung and the University College London Psychoanalysis Unit
Workshops in Mental Health Stabilisation, Group Supervision, Healing from Complex Trauma, Eating Disorders, and Exploring White Privilege
